User Agreement

Welcome to BuySellBid.com! This User Agreement (the "Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions governing your use of the BuySellBid.com website and services (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

User Responsibilities

1.1 Eligibility: By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or organization, you further represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.

1.2 Account Registration: In order to access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password, and for all activities that occur under your account.

1.3 Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights when using the Platform. You shall not engage in any unlawful or fraudulent activities, including but not limited to copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or the sale of prohibited items.

Buying and Selling

2.1 Listings and Transactions: Users may list items for sale or make offers to buy items through the Platform. By listing an item or making an offer, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to sell or buy the item and that the information provided in the listing is accurate and complete.

2.2 Binding Contracts: When a buyer accepts a seller's offer or wins an auction, a binding contract is formed between the buyer and seller. Both parties are obligated to complete the transaction in accordance with the terms of the listing.

2.3 Prohibited Items: You shall not list or sell any items that are illegal, counterfeit, stolen, or violate any applicable laws or regulations. BuySellBid.com reserves the right to remove any listings that violate these terms.

2.4 Disputes: In the event of a dispute between buyers and sellers, BuySellBid.com encourages users to resolve the issue directly. However, BuySellBid.com is not responsible for resolving disputes and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the items listed on the Platform.

Platform Use

3.1 Intellectual Property: The content and materials available on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by BuySellBid.com or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You shall not use, modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any content or materials on the Platform without prior written permission from BuySellBid.com.

3.2 Prohibited Activities: When using the Platform, you shall not engage in any activities that may:
(a) Violate any applicable laws or regulations;
(b) Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others;
(c) Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform or the networks connected to it;
(d) Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activities;
(e) Collect or store personal information of other users without their consent;
(f) Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

3.3 Termination: BuySellBid.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and restrict your access to the Platform if you violate this Agreement or engage in any prohibited activities. BuySellBid.com may also remove any listings or content that violate these terms.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT, MATERIALS, AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE PLATFORM ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. BUYSELLBID.COM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. BUYSELLBID.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

General Provisions

6.1 Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and BuySellBid.com regarding your use of the Platform and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.

6.2 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Reno, Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6.3 Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

6.4 Modifications: BuySellBid.com reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. The updated version of the Agreement will be posted on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Platform. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you should not access or use the Platform.
