Customer Support Specialist

Full-Time · Remote

Be the voice of BuySellBid. You will be the first point of contact for our buyers and sellers — helping resolve disputes, answering questions, reviewing flagged listings and making sure every member has a great experience on the platform.

This is a critical role. Our reputation is built on trust and great support. You will have real ownership over the member experience and direct input into how we improve the platform.

What You Will Do

Respond to buyer and seller inquiries via email and the support system
Mediate disputes between buyers and sellers
Review and action reports of prohibited listings or policy violations
Manage account issues, appeals and refund requests
Identify patterns in support requests and suggest platform improvements
Maintain our knowledge base and help documentation

What We Are Looking For

Excellent written English Customer service experience Problem solving Empathy & patience Detail oriented Self-motivated
