Deleting Your Account
You have the right to delete your account and all personal data at any time.
How to Delete Your Account
Go to Dashboard → Account Settings and scroll to the Danger Zone at the bottom of the page. Click Delete My Account, enter your password to confirm, and your account will be permanently deleted.
What Gets Deleted?
- Your personal information (name, email, phone, bio, photo)
- Your storefront
- All active listings (deactivated)
- Your login credentials
What is Kept?
Order history is anonymized and retained for accounting and legal purposes. Your name and contact details are removed but transaction records remain.
Can I Reactivate?
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You are welcome to create a new account at any time.
Active Orders
You cannot delete your account if you have active orders in progress. Resolve all pending orders first.
