Tracking Your Order
After a seller ships your item you can track your order through your BuySellBid account.
Finding Your Orders
- Sign in to your account
- Click Dashboard in the navigation
- Go to My Orders
Order Statuses
- Confirmed — Your payment was received and the seller has been notified
- Processing — The seller is preparing your item
- Shipped — Your item is on its way
- Delivered — Your item has been delivered
Tracking Number
When the seller marks your order as shipped they will add a tracking number. You will receive an email with this information. Use the tracking number on the carrier website (UPS, USPS, FedEx etc.) to track your package.
Item Not Arrived?
If your item has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact the seller through your order page. If you cannot resolve the issue, you can open a dispute through our Dispute Center.
