Return policies are set by each individual seller. Always check the listing description for the seller's return policy before purchasing.
Item Not as Described
If an item arrives significantly different from its listing description, contact the seller immediately through the messaging system. Most issues can be resolved directly with the seller.
Opening a Dispute
If you cannot reach a resolution with the seller, contact our support team at buysellbid.com/contact. Include your order number and a description of the issue. We will review and mediate.

If you paid via PayPal, you may also be covered by PayPal's Buyer Protection program. Visit paypal.com to open a case if needed.
