Tracking Your Orders
You can track all your purchases from your dashboard at any time.
How to Find Your Orders
Go to Dashboard → My Orders. You will see a list of all your purchases with their current status.
Order Statuses
- Confirmed — Payment received, waiting for seller to ship.
- Shipped — Your item is on its way. Tracking info should be provided by the seller.
- Delivered — Order complete.
- Cancelled — Order was cancelled.
- Refunded — A refund has been issued.
My item has not arrived
If your item has not arrived within the expected timeframe, message the seller first through the messaging system. If you cannot resolve it, contact our support team and we will help.
