Photos Are Everything

Listings with multiple clear photos dramatically outsell listings with one blurry photo. Take 5-10 photos per item in good light. Show all sides and any flaws honestly.

Write Detailed Descriptions

Answer the questions a buyer would ask before they have to ask them. Include condition, measurements, brand, model, year, what is included and your return policy.

Offer Free Shipping

Listings with free shipping get a badge and rank higher in search. Build the shipping cost into your price and offer free shipping — you will sell more.

Complete Your Payment Setup First

Before listing anything, go to Dashboard → Payment Setup and connect Stripe or PayPal. You cannot receive payments without this.

Set Up Your Profile

Add a profile photo and bio in Account Settings. Buyers are more likely to purchase from sellers with complete profiles — it builds trust.

Respond Quickly

Check your messages daily. Buyers who get quick responses are much more likely to complete a purchase.

Ship Fast

Same-day or next-day shipping builds your reputation and leads to positive feedback. The faster you ship, the better your seller score.

Build Your Store

Pro and Gold members can set up a storefront at buysellbid.com/store/your-store. A branded store with a banner and bio looks professional and keeps buyers browsing your other listings.
